Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email within 3–4 business days after your order is approved. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Delivery Time Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
- Japan & Singapore: 7–15 business days
- Brazil & rest of world: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, local postal delays, or public holidays may affect delivery times. We use trusted third-party carriers to deliver your orders.
Shipment Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking updates by email. Make sure the email address provided at checkout is accurate. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
